防爆型电动执行机构温升试验研究

摘　　要：为了保证防爆型电动执行机构温升符合相应防爆等级的要求,对防爆型电动执行机构进行了温升试验。按照温升试验的要求选择电机壳体外表面、箱体外表面、观察窗内表面、隔爆连接轴套灌胶内部几个测量点,在寿命试验的工况下进行温升试验。试验结果表明电动执行机构满足相应防爆等级的要求,同时性能也满足设计要求。In order to ensure the temperature rise of the explosion-proof electric actuator to meet the requirements of the corresponding explosion-proof level,the temperature rise test of the explosion-proof electric actuator wascarried out.According to the requirements of the temperature rise test,the external surface of the motor shell,the external surface of the box,the inner surface of the window and the flameproof sleeve wereobserved.The temperature rise test wascarried out under the working condition of the life test.The test results showed that the electric actuator met the requirements of the corresponding explosion-proof level,and the performance metthe design requirements.
