马克思与正义的和解——基于社会正义视角的解析

摘　　要：在马克思与正义的相关争论中,一些学者立足于狭窄的分配正义或法权正义视角主张“马克思反对正义”。从宽广的社会正义路向来解析“马克思与正义是和解的”,英美学者认可的自由、共同体和自我发展三种基本善可以被马克思社会正义所容纳;马克思批判分配正义和法权正义的最终缘由在于揭示其社会正义。另外,只有从自由、平等、自我发展、共同体多维度解析马克思正义思想,才能真正摆脱“马克思与正义之间存在矛盾”这样的论断,才能进一步从纵向和横向两个维度建构马克思正义思想的基本内容。In the argument of Marx and justice,some scholars on a narrow view about distributive justice or legal right justice,argue that“Marx opposes justice”.The article proposes that“Marx and justice are reconciled”from a broad social justice view.The reasons of which are:many English and American scholars recognize that freedom,community and self development of the three basic goods can be accommodated in Marx’s the social justice;Marx’s final reason of criticizing distributive justice and legal justice is to reveal the social justice;In addition,in Marxism,sociality,the nature of human,freedom,equality,self-development and community should belong to the basic connotation of social justice.
