摘　　要：培育先进的党内政治文化是新时代党的政治建设的重大课题,是推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的必然要求。十八大以来,中国共产党通过坚持以信仰为根本的政治文化方向,树立以人民为中心的政治文化理念,建构以法规为核心的政治文化载体以及建立以党员为先锋的政治文化主体,在目标、价值、制度与行为的四维径路中重塑党的内心世界与精神家园,这对于新时代条件下,培育积极健康的党内政治文化,净化党的政治生态,永葆党的政治本色,提升党的政治文化自信,具有重要的推进作用。Cultivating advanced political culture within the party is a major issue for the party’s political construction in the new era and an inevitable requirement for advancing the comprehensive and strict management of the party in depth.Since the 18th National Party Congress,the Communist Party of China has adhered to the political and cultural orientation based on ideology,established a people-centered political and cultural philosophy,and constructed a political culture carrier with statute at the core and a cadre as the model of political and cultural subjects.The four dimensions of values,systems,and behaviors reshape the party’s inner world and spiritual homeland.This fosters an active and healthy political culture within the party under the conditions of the new era,purifies the party’s political ecology,and always preserves the party’s political qualities.The political and cultural self-confidence of the party plays an important role in promoting the party.
