摘  要:对3万t/a的甲基叔丁基醚装置进行叠合工艺改造用以生产二异丁烯,并利用Petro-SIM 6.1软件模拟了叠合工艺流程。结果表明:以碳四为原料,大孔磺酸阳离子树脂为催化剂,叔丁醇为抑制剂,在装置总转化率设定值为93%,叠合反应压力和温度分别为0.5~1.5 MPa,50~120℃,萃取塔操作压力为0.55~0.85 MPa,抑制剂回收塔为微正压的条件下,转产后装置可以生产质量分数为87.7%的二异丁烯。A 30 kt/a methyl tert-butyl ether unit was improved to produce diisobutylene by the dimerization process,the reaction process was simulated by Petro-SIM 6.1 software.The results showed that the mass fraction of 87.7% of diisobutylene from the post-production unit was produced with C4,cation macroporous sulfonate resin and tert-butanol as raw material, catalyst and inhibitor respectively, under the conditions of set value of total conversion 93%,reaction pressure and temperature of dimerization process 0.5-1.5 MPa,50-120 ℃ respectively,extraction tower operating pressure 0.55-0.85 MPa,and micro-positive pressure in recovery tower.
