医养结合居家养老签约家庭医生服务模式研究

摘　　要：对医养结合现状进行了分析,总结了签约家庭医生服务模式的优势,分析出推行签约家庭医生服务模式存在人才缺乏、家庭医生积极性不高、政府政策不完善和宣传力度不够等问题.同时,提出了今后要加大人才培养力度、推行"互联网+"模式、完善激励机制、加大宣传力度、完善相关政策法律体系等建议.After analyzing the current situation of combination of medical care and pension, the advantages of service mode of contracted family doctor are summarized. Some problems are analyzed such as lacking of qualified personnel, less enthusiasm of family doctors, inadequate government policies and insufficient publicity in the implementation of the contracted family doctor service mode. At the same time, it puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing personnel training, implementing "internet +" mode, improving incentive mechanism, increasing publicity efforts, and perfecting relevant policies and legal systems.
