摘 要:油料是部队战斗力生成的重要物资基础,其保障能力对战争胜负的影响至关重大。为了解当前高原寒区作战油料保障能力现状,提出有针对性的提高高原寒区作战油料保障能力的对策措施,通过实地调研与研究,立足于高原寒区作战油料保障实际情况,构建了作战油料保障能力评估指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各评估指标权重,然后通过模糊综合评判法对高原寒区作战油料保障能力进行综合评估,并就如何提高高原寒区作战油料保障能力提出建议,为做好高原寒区作战油料保障提供理论支撑。Oil is the important material basis for the formation of combat effectiveness of the troops,and its support ability has a crucial impact on the outcome of the war.In order to understand the current situation of operational oil support capability in the cold region of the plateau,targeted measures are put forward to improve the combat oil support capability of the plateau cold region.Through on-the-spot investigation and research,based on the reality of cold and combat fuel supply in plateau,operational oil sup port capability evaluation index system is constructed,using AHP to determine the weight of each assessment index,then compre hensive evaluation of combat oil support capability in the cold region of the plateau is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the evaluation results,suggestions on how to improve the combat oil support capacity of the plateau cold re gion are put forward,which provides theoretical support for the combat oil supply in the plateau cold region.
