摘 要:目的探讨饮食管理联合拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁治疗对妊娠期高血压患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月收治的104例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁联合治疗,研究组在药物治疗基础上联合实施饮食管理,比较两组患者分娩前血压和血清营养指标。结果研究组患者分娩前收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白等血清营养指标水平高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论妊娠期高血压患者早期在硫酸镁和拉贝洛尔药物治疗基础上联合实施饮食管理,可有效改善患者血清营养指标,改善妊娠结局,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of diet management combined with the treatment of labetalol and magnesium sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods To select 104 cases of patients with gestational hypertension admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 as a study object. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was implemented the combined treatment with conventional labetalol and magnesium sulfate. The study group was combined with dietary management on the basis of drug treatment,and the blood pressure and serum nutrition indexes before delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group before delivery,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The serum nutrition index of albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of diet management combined with the treatment of labetalol and magnesium sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension could effectively improve serum nutritional indicators and improve pregnancy outcomes. Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
