摘　　要：目的分析宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量水平及影响因素,并分析和总结影响因素,给予预防性心理和信息指导。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月择期宫颈癌手术治疗患者住院资料,采用女性性功能量表进行测评,分析患者年龄、家庭支持、治疗方案、手术范围对宫颈癌患者术后生活质量的影响程度。结果多因素分析显示,手术范围、治疗方案、家庭支持是影响宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论护理人员应根据普遍存在的影响因素给予相应心理疏导和信息支持指导,以达到宫颈癌术后性生活和谐,促进患者尽快回归家庭生活。Objective To analyze the postoperative sexual quality of life and the influencing factors of cervical cancer patients,analyze and summarize the influencing factors to give preventive psychology and information guidance. Methods The hospitalized data of patients with cervical cancer surgery from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected. The female sexual function scale was used to evaluate and analyze the degree of influence connected with the age,family support,treatment plan and scope of surgery for postoperative quality of life in patients with cervical cancer. Results Multivariate analysis showed that the scope of surgery,treatment plan,and family support were independent risk factors for postoperative sexual life quality of life in patients with cervical cancer( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing staff should give corresponding psychological counseling and information support guidance according to the prevalent factors to achieve the harmony of sexual life after cervical cancer surgery and promote the return of patients to family life as soon as possible.
