摘　　要：目的探讨6 Sigma管理模式对手术室医疗废物分类和处理流程的改良效果。方法将2016年12月至2017年12月实施手术室常规医疗废物分类办法和处理流程作为对照组;将2018年1月至2019年1月手术室应用6 Sigma管理模式医疗废物分类办法和处理流程作为研究组,比较两组医疗废物分类合格率和处理流程合格率。结果研究组医疗废物分类合格率和医疗废物处理流程合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论手术室应用6 Sigma管理模式可有效提高医疗废物分类和处理流程合格率,避免医源性感染和医务人员职业暴露风险,具有推广意义。Objective To explore the improvement effect of 6 Sigma management mode on classification and treatment process of medical waste in operating room. Methods To set the method of implementing classification and treatment process of conventional medical waste in operating room from December 2016 to December 2017 as a control group,and the 6 sigma management mode on classification and treatment process of medical waste in operating room from January 2018 to January 2019 as a study group. The qualified rate of medical waste classification and the qualified rate of treatment process were compared between the two group. Results The qualified rate of medical waste classification and the qualified rate of treatment process in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of 6 Sigma management mode in the operating room could effectively improve the qualified rate of medical waste classification and treatment process,avoid the risk of iatrogenic infection and occupational exposure of medical staff,and had the promotion significance.
