摘　　要：目的探讨非计划妊娠二胎孕妇妊娠期间的真实心理体验与感受,为孕期保健提供参考。方法采取目的抽样法抽取兰州市某三级甲等医院门诊产检的13名非计划妊娠二胎孕妇,应用质性研究中的现象学研究方法进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi七步分析法提炼主题。结果研究共提炼出4个主题:存在影响胎儿健康的危险因素、怀孕扰乱了正常的工作生活学习秩序、担忧长子女受到二胎影响、产前保健态度不积极。结论非计划妊娠二胎孕妇面临着更大的压力,医务人员应加强生殖健康教育,建立专门的孕期心理咨询机构,完善产检流程,家庭做好支持工作,以减少意外怀孕带给孕妇的心理压力。Objective To explore the true psychological experience and feelings of pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child,so as to provide reference foRhealth care during pregnancy.Methods Totally 13 second pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child were recruited and interviewed by phenomenological method in a qualitative research.Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to identify key themes.Results FouRthemes were extracted:the existence of risk factors affecting fetal health,the disturbance on daily working and learning,the inactive attitude towards prenatal care,and potential influence of having a second child on the first child.Conclusion Pregnant women with unplanned pregnancy and intention of having a second child are facing greateRpressure.Medical workers should strengthen the reproductive health education,establish special psychological counseling institutions and optimize the antenatal care and related family support,in ordeRto reduce the psychological pressure on pregnant women caused by unplanned pregnancy.
