不孕不育患者心理体验及情感需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解不孕不育患者心理体验和情感需求,为有效缓解不孕不育患者压力提供帮助,为医疗机构和社会解决不孕不育患者生育难、生育贵的问题提供参考。方法采用目的抽样方法选取兰州大学第一医院生殖中心的4名医护人员和于兰州大学第一医院不孕不育门诊就诊的10名不孕不育症患者作为研究对象进行深入访谈,以Colaizzi七步分析法提炼主题。结果共提炼5个主题:不孕不育患者容易产生紧张、焦虑、抑郁、自卑、孤独等负性情绪;得不到家庭社会的支持;心理问题导致生理问题;经济、职业压力过大;对不孕不育和优生优育知识缺乏。结论关注不孕不育患者心理、生理健康是一个重要的社会问题。医疗机构应该对不孕不育患者进行合理积极的心理疏导,制定系统的生殖技术人员培训,提高专业素养,解决患者对不孕不育和优生优育知识缺乏的问题,提供全面的完善的社会支持。Objective To understand the psychological experience and emotional needs of infertility patients,to provide assistance foReffectively alleviating the stress of infertility patients,and to provide reference foRmedical institutions and society to solve the problem of infertility patients.Methods A total of 10 inpatients in the reproductive centeRof the First Hospital of Lanzhou University and 10 infertility patients in the infertility clinic of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected foRin-depth interviews with the purpose sampling method.The Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to refine the theme.Results A total of five themes were refined:infertility patients were prone to negative emotions such as stress,anxiety,depression,inferiority,loneliness;lack of support from family society;psychological problems lead to physiological problems;economic and occupational stress is too large;Infertility and lack of knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care.Conclusion Paying attention to the mental health of infertile patients is an important social problem.Medical institutions should provide reasonable and positive psychological counseling foRinfertile patients,develop systematic training of reproductive technicians,improve professional quality,solve problems of infertility and lack of knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care,and provide comprehensive and comprehensive social support.
