摘 要:溶蚀是水工混凝土结构耐久性退化的重要原因之一,设计一种模拟流水冲刷试验装置,在NH4Cl溶液环境和自来水环境2种水质条件下,对活性粉末混凝土进行为期90 d的溶蚀侵蚀试验,研究活性粉末混凝土溶蚀前后材性的变化规律。试验结果表明:在NH4Cl溶液环境条件下,溶蚀90 d后溶蚀深度约为10.65 mm;在自来水条件下,溶蚀深度几乎为0,钙溶出量约为0.56 g/L;在NH4Cl溶液环境条件下,钙溶出量约为3.15 g/L,RPC的抗溶蚀性能约为普通混凝土的6倍;对于RPC试件,6 mol/L的NH4Cl溶液溶蚀加速倍数约是自来水的52倍;与未溶蚀的RPC试件相比,溶蚀90 d后的RPC抗压强度下降了23%。在室内加速试验研究中,采用6 mol/L的NH4Cl溶液可以显著提高加速试验效应,缩短试验周期,且保证试验环境安全可靠;活性粉末混凝土更适于在有溶蚀风险的混凝土结构中推广应用。Corrosion is one of the important reasons for durability degradation of hydraulic concrete structures.A simulated dissolution test device was designed to study the change law of material properties before and after the corrosion of the reactive powder concreter under ammonium chloride solution and fresh water environment by 90 d simulation test method.The results show that:Under NH4Cl solution environment,the dissolution depth is about 10.65 mm after 90 days of dissolution,and almost 0 mm under fresh water condition.Under NH4Cl solution environment,the amount of calcium leaching is about 3.15 g/L,and under fresh water condition,the amount of calcium leaching is about 0.56 g/L.The corrosion resistance of RPC is about 6 times of ordinary concrete.For RPC specimens,the dissolution acceleration factor of 6 mol/L NH4Cl solution is about 52 times that of fresh water.Compared with the active powder concrete without corrosion,The compressive strength decreases by 23%after 90 days of corrosion.It can be seen from this paper that 6 mol/L NH4Cl solution can significantly improve the accelerated test effect,shorten the test cycle,and ensure the safety and reliability of the test environment in laboratory accelerated test research.Reactive powder concrete has almost no corrosion phenomenon in freshwater environment,so it is more suitable for popularization and application in concrete structures with corrosion risk.
