摘 要:相变储能砂浆作为一种新型节能材料,能够有效提高能源利用率。以液体石蜡和52#固体石蜡为相变原材料制备了复合相变材料。以陶粒为载体材料通过真空吸附法对复合相变材料进行吸附、封装,以相变陶粒为集料替代部分标准砂制备了适用于建筑室温环境的复合相变储能陶粒砂浆,并对其热力学性能进行测试。结果表明:30%相变陶粒掺量下,相变储能陶粒砂浆具有良好的热工性能和力学性能,其体积密度为1403.9 kg/m3,抗压强度为8.38 MPa,导热系数为0.7411 W/(m·K),比热容为1.8857 kJ/(kg·K)。As a new energy-saving material,phase change energy storage mortar can effectively improve the energy utilization rate.The composite phase change material is prepared by using liquid paraffin and 52#solid paraffin as phase change raw materials,and the composite is transformed by vacuum adsorption method using ceramsite as carrier material.The phase change material was adsorbed and packaged,and the phase change ceramsite was used as the aggregate to replace part of the standard sand.The composite phase change ceramsite energy storage mortar suitable for building room temperature environment was developed and tested for thermodynamic properties.The results showed that:30%phase change ceramsite energy storage mortar has good thermal and mechanical properties with phase change ceramsite content.The bulk density is 1403.9 kg/m3,the compressive strength is 8.38 MPa,and the thermal conductivity is 0.7411 W/(m·K),the specific heat capacity is 1.8857 kJ/(kg·K).
