摘　　要：目的观察垂直放置双钢板内固定对肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者肘功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月期间在我院进行治疗的肱骨远端粉碎性骨折60例患者的病历资料,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用双背侧钢板放置治疗,观察组采用垂直放置双钢板内固定治疗,统计患者关节活动度及肘关节功能。结果观察组患者的肘关节屈伸活动程度及前臂旋转活动程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的肘功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂直放置双钢板内固定可显著改善肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者肘关节活动范围,促进肘关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect ofvertical double steel plate internal fixation on elbowfunction in patients with distal humeral comminuted fracture.Methods The medical data of 60 patients with distal humeral comminuted fracture who treated in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given bilateral dorsal plate fixation,and observation group was treated with vertical double steel plate internal fixation.The joint range of motion and elbow joint function were recorded.Results The degree of flexion and extension of elbowjoint,the range of motion of forearm rotation in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of postoperative elbow function recovery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vertical double steel plate internal fixation for patients with distal humeral comminuted fracture can improve elbow joint range of motion,and promote recovery of elbow function.
