摘  要:文章旨在分析乳酸芽孢杆菌制剂对肉兔生长性能、生理生化指标和屠宰性能的影响,试验选取30日龄健康肉兔40只,随机分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和对照组,每组10只,分别在试验组日粮中添加0.08%、0.04%和0.02%的乳酸芽孢杆菌制剂,对照组不添加,正常饲喂30 d,结果表明,在生长性能方面,高剂量组和中剂量组的平均日增重与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),高剂量组和中剂量组平均日增重较对照组显著提高了51.06%和33.27%(P<0.01)。在血液生理生化指标方面,高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组的白细胞数目均与对照组差异显著,分别提高了70.71%、61.22%和57.14%(P<0.05)。高剂量组和中剂量组的谷丙转氨酶活力较对照组分别提高了35.77%和29.53%(P<0.01),高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组的葡萄糖浓度较对照组分别提高了122.4%、113.6%和89.6%(P<0.05)屠宰性能方面,低剂量组的全净膛率和半净膛率最高,且均与对照组和高剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);各组间的肝脏指数、肾脏指数和脾脏指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,结合实际应用效果和成本,选用0.04%的乳酸芽孢杆菌可以有效提高肉兔平均日增重,促进机体能量代谢,用量为0.02%时有利于提高屠宰性能。The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Bacillus licheniformis preparation on growth performance,physiological and biochemical indexes and slaughter performance of rabbits.40 healthy rabbits of 30 days old were randomly divided into high dose group(0.08%),medium dose group(0.04%)and low dose group(0.02%),10 rats in each group,the control group was not added,and the normal feeding was 30 d.The results showed that in terms of growth performance,the average daily gain of the high-dose and middle-dose groups was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01),which were 51.06%and 33.27%higher than the control group.In terms of indicators,the number of white blood cells in the high-dose group,the middle-dose group and the low-dose group were 70.71%,61.22%and 57.14%higher than the control group.The glucose in the high-dose group,the middle-dose group and the low-dose group were 122.4%,113.6%and 89.6%higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of slaughter performance,the low net dose rate and the half net rate were the highest in the low dose group,and were significantly different from the control group and the high dose group(P<0.05).The difference of liver index,kidney index and spleen index between the groups None significant(P>0.05).In summary,combined with the actual application effect and cost,when the dosage of Bacillus licheniformis is 0.04%,the average daily weight gain of the meat rabbit can be effectively improved,and the energy metabolism of the body is promoted.When the dosage is 0.02%,the slaughter performance is improved.
