摘 要:面对新商科人才培养要与产业发展相融合、强调前沿技术的应用、采用互动教学及注重能力培养的新要求,地方农业院校工商管理类专业的人才培养目标定位于培养农商结合的复合应用型人才,要求学生要知农、爱农和懂农,掌握现代营商技能,具有解决复杂问题的能力。为此,在人才培养过程中,要本着以“学生为中心”的教育理念,搭建融入农科知识的“通识+商科+农科+实践”课程体系,构筑“‘三农’情怀教育+专业基础+综合提高+应用创新”的四层递进实践教学体系,搭建“校内+校外、商科+农科”相结合的多元化实践教学平台,理论教学和实践教学过程中采用“学、思、创”一体化教学模式,建设专业化、团队化的“双师型”师资队伍。Face to the new requirements about the cultivation of new business talents should be integrated with industrial development,emphasizing the application of cutting-edge technologies,adopting interactive teaching and focusing on the cultivation of abilities,the ability of local agricultural colleges majoring in business administration talents cultivation target in cultivating agribusiness combined with compound applied talents,asked the students to know the farmers or love and understand the farmers,to master modern business skills,have the ability to solve complex problems.Therefore,in the process of talent training,we should in line with to the education idea of“students as the center”,built into the agricultural knowledge curricular system of“general+business+agricultural+practice”,constructing the“four steps”practice teaching system of“Affection education for‘three rural’+professional basis+comprehensive improvement+application innovation”,set up the diversified practice teaching platform of on campus+off campus,business+agricultural science,use the integration teaching mode of“learning,thought and innovation”in the process of theory teaching and practice teaching,build professional and team-based“double-qualified”teaching staff.
