摘 要:泉州湾跨海大桥为主跨400m的双塔双索面结合梁高速铁路斜拉桥,桥塔墩位于东海海域泉州湾深水区,气候和海况条件复杂,水深受潮汐影响。桥塔墩承台采用装配式单壁钢吊箱围堰施工。钢吊箱平面尺寸为26.6m×40.6m,高10.1m,壁体共分为20块拼装,壁体之间及壁体与底板之间采用可拆卸的螺栓连接。钢吊箱在加工厂分块制造并拼装为整体后,采用驳船运输至现场,采用大型浮吊整体吊装就位。在桥塔墩承台角点位置的钢护筒处设置导向装置,采用手拉葫芦及卷扬机进行钢吊箱姿态调整,并设置搁置梁及限位装置保证钢吊箱的精确下放。封底混凝土厚2m,分2次浇筑。在钢护筒上设置反压牛腿及环向钢筋提高封底混凝土的握裹力。The Quanzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge is a high-speed railway bridge, which is a two-pylon composite girder cable-stayed structure with amain span of 400m and with stay cables fanned out in double cable planes. The pylons are located in the deep water area of Quanzhou Bay of the East China Sea, where the climate and sea environment are complicated and tides impacts the water depth of the bay. The pile caps of the pylon piers were constructed with the aid of the assembled, single-walled steel box cofferdam thatmeasures 26.6m×40.6m, and 10.1m in height. The walls of the cofferdam were divided into 20 blocks for assembly, and the walls were bolted together and the walls and cofferdam base were also joined by bolts. The steel box cofferdam were divided into blocks to facilitate fabrication in the factory, after being assembled into an integral structure, the cofferdam was delivered by barges to the bridge site and erected into position by using large-scale floating crane. Guiding devices were installed at the steel casings standing at the corner points of the pile cap of the pylon pier, the position of the cofferdam was adjusted by chain blocks and winches, and seat beams and restrainers were added to ensure the accurate lowering of the steel box cofferdam. The base sealing concrete was cast by two time and reached a thickness of 2m. Inversely-pressed brackets and loop reinforcement were installed on the steel casings to improve the bond strength of the base sealing concrete.
