摘  要:新建广州明珠湾大桥主桥为(96+164+436+164+96+60)m中承式三桁六跨连续钢桁拱桥,桁间距18.1m,桥面总宽43.2m。27号桥墩基础为25根φ2.5m的钻孔桩,采用高桩承台,尺寸为56.5m(横桥向)×17.5m(顺桥向)×5.5m(高)。围堰采用圆端形双壁钢吊箱结构,在加工区加工成块单元后,在拼装区钢凳上组拼,验收合格后,底部双排布置φ1.2m长8.5m的气囊,收紧后缆,气囊充气后抽去钢凳,待潮位达到设计水位后断缆,使围堰在无初速度的情况下靠自重分力下滑,直至入水达到自浮。Themain bridge of the newly-built Mingzhu Bay Bridge in Guangzhou is a half-through continuous steel truss arch bridge with six spans of 96,164,436,164,96 and 60m.Themain girder consists of three trusses with 18.1m intervals,and the bridge deck is 43.2m in total width.The pier No.27 stands on the foundation formed of 25,φ2.5m bored piles and the pile cap is a high-pile structure,with dimension of 56.5m(along the bridge width)×17.5m(along the bridge length)×5.5m(in height).The cofferdam is a round-ended,double-walled steel box structure,which weremanufactured block by block in the factory and assembled on the steel benches in the assembly area.After acceptance,two rows of air bags,each with a diameter of 1.2m and a length of 8.5m were placed beneath the base of the cofferdam,then the rear cables were tightened,and after the air bags were filled with air,the steel benches were removed.And when the tides reached the design level,the rear cables were cut off,the cofferdam began to slip downward by its self weight without the added initial speed,and continued slipping till being in the river and able to float itself.
