摘  要:中国农药工业废水中特征污染物一直未开展监测监控,导致相关数据匮乏。针对农药工业废水中特征污染物对生态环境的高毒性和对作用对象的高敏感性,首先基于非敏感水生生物保护的目的推导农药工业废水特征污染物的水质基准,然后综合多种因素最终制定特征污染物排放限值。该方法确立的45种特征污染物排放限值,与美国、印度和世界银行组织制定的排放限值基本处于同一数量级,并且具有目标可达性和管理可行性,可为其他行业特征污染物排放限值的制订提供方法借鉴。In China,characteristic pollutants in pesticide industry have not been monitored and regulated,resulting in a lack of relevant data.Since the characteristic pollutants in pesticide industry effluents have high toxicity to ecological environment and high sensitivity to the targets species,water quality criteria of these characteristic pollutants were deduced for the purpose of non-sensitive species protection.Base on which,and combined with other influence factors,the emission limits of characteristic pollutants in pesticide industry effluents were established.The emission limit of the 45 characteristic pollutants were close to those of America,India and World Bank Organization,which could be achieved through effective pollution control technology and easy to regulate.The method would be referential for characteristic pollutants in other industies.
