摘 要:采用正交试验法对玻璃超精细蒙砂的制备工艺进行了研究,确定了蒙砂液优化配比为(质量比/g)NaF∶KF∶CaF 2∶(NH 4)2SO 4∶K 2SO 4∶(NaPO 3)6∶H 2O=45∶7∶0.8∶0.8∶0.6∶0.6∶280,通过单因素实验选择了蒙砂最佳的工艺条件为时间3 min、温度24℃和pH=2.5。使用表面粗糙度测定仪测定了蒙砂后玻璃粗糙度,并通过EDS、AFM和SEM对蒙砂玻璃表面形貌进行表征.结果表明,在最佳蒙砂条件下可使玻璃蒙砂后表面粗糙度达到0.08μm,蒙砂后玻璃表面平整,表面氟硅酸盐晶粒大小适中,分布均匀,蒙砂效果优良,这为超精细蒙砂玻璃的制备提供了行之有效的方法.The preparation process of glass ultrafine frosting are studied by orthogonal experiment,determining the optimum proportion of frosting solution are NaF∶KF∶CaF 2∶(NH 4)2SO 4∶K 2SO 4∶(NaPO 3)6∶H 2O=45∶7∶0.8∶0.8∶0.6∶0.6∶280,and the optimum process conditions for frosting were selected by single factor experiments as frosting time 3 min,temperature 24℃and pH=2.5.The roughness of frosted glass was measured by surface roughness tester,the surface morphology of frosted glass was analyzed by EDS,AFM and SEM.The results show that under the optimum frosting conditions,the surface roughness of frosted glass can reach to 0.08μm,and after frosting,the surface of the frosted glass is smooth,the fluorosilicate particles in surface is evenly distributed and in moderate size,the result of frosting is well,which provides an effective process method for the preparation of ultra-fine frosted glass.
