摘  要:以曹妃甸区块为代表的海上油田进入高含水阶段,采出液含水率高,地面水处理流程压力大,从而造成油井的限流、减产。通过井下油水分离工艺,可以提高产出液含油量,增加产量。回注水调控装置作为油水分离工艺的核心部件,原固定水嘴阀及电控阀回注水装置存在无法调节或稳定性差的缺点。研发了一种液控阀回注水装置,该装置通过液控管线进行控制,可以实现回注水的精细、稳定的调节,同时能够满足大排量回注水的需求。通过优化设计,关键结构的尺寸达到最优化。经试验表明,该阀换向压力稳定,换向可靠。解决了油水分离回注水调节的关键技术难题,提高了整体工艺的可靠性。The offshore oil field represented by the Caofeidian block enters a high water-bearing stage,and the water content of the produced liquid is high,and the pressure of the surface water treatment process is large,resulting in current limitation and production reduction of the oil well.Through the downhole oil-water separation process,the oil content of the produced liquid can be increased and the output can be increased.As the core component of the process,the backwater control device of fixed nozzle valve and electronically controlled valve has the disadvantage of no adjustment or poor stability.A backwater device of hydraulic control valve was developed.The device can realize fine and stable regulation of backwater injection through the control of hydraulic control pipeline,and can meet the needs of large displacement backwater injection.The dimension optimization of key structures was achieved by optimum design.The experiment shows that the reversing pressure of the valve is stable and the reversing is reliable.The key technical problems of oil-water separation and water injection regulation were solved,and the reliability of the overall process was improved.
