摘  要:鉴于海洋钻井平台上严峻的生存环境以及智能钻井在安全、质量、成本、时间等方面具有相对于传统钻井的优势,智能化成为了钻井设备发展的必然趋势。智能钻井主要分为井下工具的智能化、井上智能钻井系统和高速大容量的信息传输通道。学科综合和信息的高效传递是智能钻井的显著特征。在海洋钻井和复杂地质情况下,智能钻井必将得到极大的应用。总结了近年来石油钻井行业在智能化方面取得的进展。认为信息的高效传递、工具小型化、井下机器人和智能钻井系统与智能井下工具的结合是智能钻井的发展方向。In view of the severe living environment on the offshore drilling platform and the advantages of intelligent drilling in terms of safety,quality,cost and time,intelligentization has become an inevitable trend in the development of drilling equipment.Intelligent drilling is mainly divided into intelligent downhole tools,intelligent drilling system and high-speed and large-capacity information transmission channels.The combination of disciplines and efficient transmission of information is a distinctive feature of intelligent drilling.Intelligent drilling will be widely used in offshore drilling and complex geological conditions.The progress made in the oil drilling industry in terms of intelligence in recent years was summarized and the efficient transfer of information,the miniaturization of tools,the combination of downhole robots with intelligent drilling systems and intelligent downhole tools are the development direction of intelligent drilling.
