摘  要:目的:通过与普通大学生比较,探讨高校攀岩运动员上肢无氧功率特点,为攀岩运动提高训练效果、运动员初级选材、教练员制定训练计划和训练方法提供理论依据。方法:将42名健康的青年男性分为运动员组和非运动员组,运动员组为21名高校攀岩运动员,非运动员组为21名普通在校大学生,对受试者进行身体形态指标测定和上肢Wingate无氧功率测定。结果:(1)两组BMI无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)运动员组的上肢PP显著高于非运动员组(P<0.05),PP(w/kg)、AP、AP(w/kg)及MP非常显著高于非运动员组(P<0.01);(3)运动员组的tPP和PD显著低于非运动员组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:(1)运动员组和非运动员组的体型相接近;(2)运动员组上肢Wingate无氧功率指标显著优于非运动员组,具有较强的无氧能力和爆发力。Objective:By comparing with the ordinary collegiate students,Exploring the characteristics of upper limb anaerobic power of college rock climbers,in order to improve the training effect of rock climbing,the initial selection of athletes,coaches formulate training plans and training methods to provide a theoretical basis.Methods:42 healthy young men were divided into two groups.The athletes group is 21 collegiate rock-climbers,non athletes group is 21 ordinary collegiate students.The morphological indexes of two groups and the anaerobic power of upper limb Wingate were measured.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The upper limb PP of the athlete group was significantly higher than that of the non-athlete group(P<0.05),PP(w/kg),AP,AP(w/kg)and MP were significantly higher than non athletes group(P<0.01);(3)The tPP and PD of the athlete group were significantly lower than those of the non-athletes(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The athletes group and the non athletes group were similar in body shape.(2)The anaerobic power index of the upper limb of the athlete group was significantly better than that of the non athletes group,and athletes group has strong anaerobic ability and explosive power of upper limbs.
