摘 要:为探究运动干预改善注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童平衡能力及认知功能的作用,采用文献资料法,查阅国内外相关文献111篇,并选择其中具有代表性的34篇文献进行梳理与分析。结果表明:运动干预可作为ADHD儿童药物治疗的替代疗法;运动干预是改善ADHD儿童平衡能力与认知功能最有效的措施之一;干预方式主要分为运动项目和运动类型两方面;运动项目的选择较为单一,对身体对抗运动项目、个人表现项目和团体项目的选择较少;在干预过程中除水上运动外,其他干预效果均无性别差异。提示:未来研究可结合时间、强度、项目综合考虑运动干预的效果,进一步探究同时进行心理治疗与运动干预所产生的效果。In order to explore the role of exercise intervention in improving the balance ability and cognitive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),we used literature data to review 111 related articles at home and abroad,and selected 34 representative documents for combing and analysis.The results showed that exercise intervention can be used as an alternative to drug therapy for children with ADHD.Exercise intervention is one of the most effective measures to improve the balance and cognitive function of children with ADHD.The intervention methods are mainly divided into sports and sports types;The choice is relatively simple,and there are fewer choices for physical confrontation sports,individual performance projects,and group projects;there are no gender differences in other intervention effects except for water sports during the intervention.Tip:Future research can combine the time,intensity,and project to consider the effects of exercise interventions,and further explore the effects of simultaneous psychotherapy and exercise intervention.
