摘  要:在BIM技术自初步建模至成熟应用不断发展、提升的这一过程当中,如何促进BIM在建筑业的应用和教育教学领域中的规模化应用,只有通过对此问题的深入研究与探讨,才能够培养我国当前建筑行业所需要的BIM专业应用型人才。本文围绕BIM在中国的发展情况进行分析与探讨,研究BIM平台BIM5D在施工项目中的应用,BIM经济化革命圈的发展,BIM在设计应用阶段产生的价值和解决方案的研究,BIM在施工阶段对于施工带来的价值的研究,主要通过对BIM模型优化与碰撞检查分析,模型信息之间的交互,以及通过BIM软件解决当前各代表方的疑难问题,梳理BIM技术本身的技术特点,能够起到的作用和解决的技术难题,对于解决设计难题,施工难题等方面进行落地式的研究,同时针对BIM模型信息的数据结构与数据类型以及各种数据需求进行分析,确立基于BIM经济圈的价值前景。In the process of BIM technology from initial modeling to mature application development and improvement,only through the intensive research on how to promote the application of BIM in the construction industry and the large-scale application in education and teaching,we can cultivate the BIM professional application talents needed in China’s current construction industry.This paper analyzes and discusses the development of BIM in China,studies the application of BIM platform BIM5 D in construction projects,the development of BIM economic revolution circle,the research on the value and solution of BIM in both design and construction stages.This paper expounds technical characteristics,function and solutions of the BIM technology,mainly through the BIM model optimization and collision check analysis,the interaction between the model information,and the problem solving of the current participating parties through BIM software.In terms of the difficult problems in the design and construction,this paper provides some ground-breaking research on the associated solutions.Through analyzing the data structure,type and requirement of BIM model information,the paper sets up the BIM economic circle-based value prospect.
