乡村振兴视域下广东省新型职业农民培育问题研究

摘　　要：当前我国已经进入到刘易斯转折区,劳动者工资水平提升是吸引更多农村劳动力外流的动力。农村劳动力非农化的趋势不会改变,农村空心化问题、农业从业人员的低素质和老龄化问题亟待解决、乡村振兴与发展面临诸多挑战。本文基于新型职业农民培育的理论依据,阐述了广东省新型职业农民培育存在的问题,从培育体系、金融支农、加大政府投入和完善农村社会保障制度等视角提出了建议措施。At present,China has entered the Lewis turning point,and the increase in wage is the driving force to attract more rural labor outflow.The trend of rural labor non-agriculturalization will not change,the hollowing of rural areas,the low quality of agricultural workers and the aging problem need to be solved urgently,and the Rural Revitalization and development are facing many challenges.Based on the theoreties of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,this paper expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Guangdong Province,and puts forward some suggestions and measures from the perspectives of cultivation system,financial support for agriculture,increasing government investment and improving the rural social security system.
