痰热失眠隐性证候之辨析

摘　　要：过伟峰教授通过长期临床治疗观察发现痰热在失眠发病中具有重要作用,痰热型失眠极为常见,临床采用清化痰热法治疗典型的痰热型失眠往往立竿见影。但某些失眠患者痰热证候隐匿而不典型,往往招致辨证错漏。过伟峰教授临证细心揣摩,深入理论推导,结合疗效反证分析痰热所致失眠必须具备2个条件,一是存在痰热病理因素,二是痰热必须扰动心神致心神不宁,并总结辨析痰热失眠隐性证候的经验和体会,认为可从心神不宁的主症特点、胃肠症状、形体症状、肢体症状辨析痰热失眠,从而为非典型痰热失眠的辨证提供依据,深化从痰热论治失眠的临床应用。Professor GUO Wei-feng finds out that phlegm-heat plays an important role in the pathogenesis of insomnia,and phlegm-heat insomnia is very common.Treating typical phlegm-heat insomnia by clearing away heat and reducing phlegm often gets instant effect.But symptoms of some insomnia patients caused by phlegm-heat are too hidden to be typical and distinguished.By careful thoughts,theoretical deduction and curative effect demonstration,Professor GUO Wei-feng analyses that the phlegm-heat must have two requirements,one is the existence of phlegm heat pathological factors,the other is that the phlegm-heat must disturb the mind,and summaries the experience of differentiation and analysis of the hidden phlegm-heat syndrome of insomnia that phlegm-heat insomnia can be distinguished from the view of nervous dreams,digestive symptoms,body symptoms,limbs symptoms.The paper aims to provide evidence for differentiation of atypical phlegm-heat insomnia and deepen the clinical application of treating insomnia from phlegm-heat.
