摘 要:为满足现代飞机对燃油测量系统的高性能需求,提出了一种现代飞机燃油测量系统的技术方案。通过密度补偿、介电常数补偿和飞机姿态补偿等方法提高了系统测量精度;采用全机油量和耗量测量相结合的方式,实现燃油测量的双余度模式并弥补以往设计的不足,提高了系统的可靠性;通过增加信号告警设计,增强了系统的安全性。结合燃油测量的关键技术,提出了解决燃油测量系统工程化问题的解决措施。In order to meet the high performance requirements of modern aircraft for fuel measurement systems,this paper proposes a technical solution for modern aircraft fuel measurement system.Through the methods of density compensation,dielectric constant compensation and aircraft attitude compensation,the measurement accuracy of the system is improved.The combination of full engine oil quantity and consumption measurement is adopted to realize the double redundancy mode of fuel measurement and make up for the deficiencies of the previous design so as to improve the system reliability.The system security is enhanced by adding the design of signal alert.Combining with the key technologies of fuel measurement,a solution through the engineering approaches for the fuel measurement system is proposed.
