摘　　要：基于C#语言开发了智能电动执行器数据采集与控制系统,分析了数据采集控制系统的基本结构框架,介绍了采集卡RBH8258工作原理和过程、数据采集控制系统的硬件结构图和软件实现结构流程框图,并给出了软件系统关键环节的设计要点。实现了执行器电流和转矩的控制、数据采集、数据存储、参数设置以及日志数据保存和查询等功能。最后给出了所设计的电动执行器数据采集与控制系统实验运行结果图,结果表明该数据采集控制系统满足对执行器的数据采集和控制要求。Based on C#language,the data acquisition and control system for the intelligent electric actuator was developed,and the basic structure of the data acquisition control system is analyzed.The working principle and process of the acquisition card RBH8258,the hardware structure diagram of the data acquisition control system and the block diagram of the software implementation structure are introduced.The key points of the design of the software system are given.It realizes the functions of actuator current and torque control,data acquisition,data storage,parameter setting,and log data saving and query.Finally,the experimental results of the data acquisition and control system of the electric actuator are introduced.The results show that the data acquisition and control system meets the data acquisition and control requirements of the actuator.
