摘 要:神经元迁移是一个高度完整和程序化的过程,伴随着神经元的分化、极性化和定向,这一过程在正常生理发育和异常的病理发生过程中起重要作用。Lgl1作为肿瘤抑制因子发现于线虫中,但随后发现它在细胞的增殖、分化、组织和极性确定中同样起重要作用。本文综述了Lgl1在嗅球发育过程中对各层特征性神经元发育的影响。Neuron migration is an integrated and multistep process, with high differentiation, polarization and orientation. This process plays an important role both in physiological and pathological processes. Lethal giant larvae 1(Lgl1), found in Drosophila, is one of tumor suppressors, and also has a critical role in regulation of proliferation, differentiation, tissue organization and cell polarity. This paper is review of the roles of Lgl1 in the development of olfactory bulb(OB) neurons, especially in the migration and orientation of typical neurons of lamellar structure.
