摘　　要：为了解决远程泵站距离污水厂远、信号线敷设困难等问题,设计并制作了一种基于G200模块与S7-300 PLC的无线通讯监控系统。利用G200模块作为通讯桥梁,组态王作为上位机监控软件,S7-300 PLC作为现场监控系统,组成了一种无线通讯监控系统。详细阐述了无线通讯监控系统的组成、无线通讯的基本原理以及无线通讯的基本过程。运行结果表明,遵循MODBUS通讯协议,组态王KingView 6.53软件发出通讯监控命令,无线通讯系统可靠地实现了污水厂对远程泵站地无线监控,较好地解决了监控系统中通讯距离长、信号线敷设困难等问题,并且为监控系统中无线通讯网络化的进一步研究奠定了基础。A kind of wireless communication monitoring system based on G200 module and S7-300 PLC is desined and maked.G200 is wireless communication module.Making use of G200 module as communication bridge,KingView 6.53 as monitoring software of upper computer and S7-300 PLC as on_site monitoring system,a wireless communication monitoring system is formed.The composition of system,the basic principle and process of communication is described.As a result of operation,wireless monitoring of remote pump station in sewage treatment plant is perfectly and reliably worked out,the problem of long_distance communication and difficulty in wiring is solved by giving instructions from KingView 6.53 based on Modbus protocol.In addition,the foundation of further study for networking of wireless communication is laid.
