摘　　要：随着分公司各项业务的开展,以及异地办公的实际情况,出现了与以往办公不同的需求与矛盾。为了满足异地办公并能够高效展开各项工作,提高业务数据规范管理水平,提出将部分业务进行信息化开发,开展网上标准化业务办公。分析了分公司目前异地联合办公和业务数据管理的现状,对办公管理平台的开发和应用进行了论述。In order to meet the needs of remote office and to carry out various work efficiently and improve the standard management level of business data,it is proposed to develop some business informationally and carry out standardized business on-line.This paper analyses the current situation of joint office and business data management in different places,and discusses the development and application of office management platform.
