摘 要:为了研究中压开关设备的瞬态电磁骚扰问题,现场测量了某6 kV配电开关柜断路器在合闸和分闸操作瞬间电压互感器(PT)一、二次侧端口,电流互感器(CT)二次侧端口,开关柜接地点以及开关柜外壳角点的骚扰电压。测量结果表明,骚扰波形与阻尼振荡波波形相似,开关柜接地点的暂态地电位升(TGPR)可达255.90 V,外壳的暂态外壳电压(TEV)可达414.63 V,电子式互感器二次侧的骚扰电压峰值不超过120 V,骚扰波形的微脉冲上升沿在8~16 ns之间,主频段在1~30 MHz之间。这些参数有助于建立一、二次融合开关柜二次设备的抗扰度试验标准,完善对二次设备的保护措施。此外计算了电压互感器的电压传输函数,发现在低频段(低于50 kHz)电压互感器传输函数保持不变,在高频段(高于50 kHz)二次侧与一次侧的比值升高,这使得高频骚扰更容易通过互感器影响其二次侧。In order to study the transient electromagnetic disturbance of medium voltage switching equipment,the transient disturbance voltage induced at the electronic potential/current transformer(PT/CT)the grounding point of the switchgear and its shell are measured when the circuit breaker of a 6kV switchgear are open/closed.The results show that the disturbance waveform is similar to the damping oscillation waveform.The transient ground potential rise(TGPR)at the grounding point of the switch cabinet can reach 255.90 V,the transient shell voltage(TEV) of the shell can reach 414.63 V,the maximum disturbance voltage at the secondary side of the transformer does not exceed 120 V,the rise time of the micro pulses are between 8 to 16 ns and the dominant frequencies are between 1 to 30 MHz.These parameters are helpful for establishing the immunity test standard waveform and improving protection measures for the secondary equipment deployed around the switchgear.In addition,the voltage transfer function of the potential transformer is calculated.It is found that the transformer ratio remained constant at low frequency(lower than 50 kHz)and increased at high frequency(higher than 50 kHz).This makes high frequency disturbance more likely to affect secondary side voltage through the transformer.
