摘 要:ZnxCd1-xS纳米颗粒作为一种能高效降解有机污染物的光催化材料,近年来受到广泛关注,目前有关其有机物催化分解原理的研究报导较少。本研究利用自燃烧法合成了系列ZnxCd1-xS(x=0~1)纳米颗粒,再通过在光催化分解罗丹明B(RhB)染料过程中加入不同类型的牺牲剂,研究了其分解原理随Zn/Cd比例的变化。研究发现Zn的比例越小在纳米颗粒表面空穴参与RhB表面氧化分解的越多而参与电子复合的越少。这种受Zn/Cd比例影响的光生空穴行为是由于纳米颗粒表面带电情况随Zn/Cd比例变化而变化引起的。Zn的比例越小半导体表面带电情况越负,有利于吸附溶液中带正电的RhB分子,从而加强表面空穴与其之间的氧化还原反应并抑制空穴与电子的复合。Constituting solid solution nanomaterials has been reported as a good strategy to gain multiple physic-chemical properties on one photocatalyst.ZnxCd1-xS,a kind of ternary transition metal sulfides,has tunable absorption in the visible region of solar energy and excellent electrical conductibility,which is a compatible candidate for photocatalysts degradation of pollutant organic dyes.At this work,the ZnxCd1-xS NPs were synthesized by sol-gel combustion method,and the mechanism of photocatalytic degradation of RhB by ZnxCd1-xS nanoparticles(NPs)with different compositions were investigated.In the investigation,we found that the behavior of the photo-excited holes on the surface is closely related to the ratio of zinc to cadmium.Zeta potential test shows that the surface charge condition of ZnxCd1-x S NPs became more negative as the decrease of the content of zinc,which would enhance the absorption of the cationic RhB molecules in solution.With more RhB absorbed on the surface,the oxidize degradation of RhB by holes will be promoted while the competition process,recombination with electrons,would be suppressed.
