摘  要:为了分析密集型母线槽连接部位的温升情况从而保证母线槽测温产品使用的可靠性,选择以1000A密集型母线槽为例,通过建立1000A密集型母线槽连接部位的物理模型,再应用Fluent软件对该物理模型进行温度场仿真,从而得到最终连接部位的温升结果,通过温升仿真情况从理论上来指导母线槽连接部位测温产品的安装位置、方式等因素会对监测结果造成的影响,并为母线槽测温产品在实际应用中提供相关的理论支持。It was analyzed that the temperature rise of the sandwich busbar connection part,so as to ensure the reliability of the busbar temperature measurement product,took 1000 A sandwich busbar for example,established the physical model of the 1000 A sandwich busbar connection part,and then the temperature field simulation of the physical model was carried out by using the Fluent software,so the temperature rise result of the final connection part was obtained.The influence of the installation position and mode of the temperature measurement product of the busbar connection part on the monitoring result was theoretically guided by the temperature rise simulation situation,which provided relevant theoretical support for the busbar temperature measurement products in practical applications.
