摘　　要：GJB 3206主要是从用户角度对技术状态管理提出要求;从研制单位使用角度来看,实际执行中存在技术状态标识、审核等诸多方面不具体、不明确,缺少针对研制(系统、分系统、部件)不同需求差异性管理要求,导致具体型号研制实施过程中存在一定局限性,尚不能直接指导型号有效开展技术状态管理。基于装甲车辆技术状态管理指南(Q/CNG 116-2017),从研制单位视角,结合工程实际和坦克装甲车辆研制特点,从总要求、策划、标识、控制、审核、记实和报告六方面对坦克装甲车辆技术状态管理方法进行总结和提炼,以期为型号研制技术状态管理提供实操参考和指导。GJB 3206 mainly put forward requirements for technical status management from the user’s point of view,from the point of view of the use of development units,there were many aspects in actual implementation,such as technical status identification and auditing,which were not specific and clear,and lack of different demands difference management requirements aimed at research(system,subsystem,parts),which led to some limitations in the development and implementation of specific models due to the different requirements of subsystems and components,and can not directly guide the model to effectively carry out technical status management.Based on the management guide of tank and armored vhicle’s technical status(Q/CNG 116-2017),summarized and refined the management methods of tank and armored vehicle's technical status from six aspects:general requirements,planning,marking,control,auditing,recording and reporting,combined wiTHengineering practice and the characteristics of tank and armored vehicle's development,in order to provide practical reference and reference for the management of tank and armored vehicle's technical status.
