摘　　要：在当今科技革命和产业变革风起云涌、创新创业大潮此起彼伏之际,各种新技术层出不穷。“新技术的商业化”问题日益受到产业界、科技界和高教界的重视。由于传统技术在供给侧的条块分割格局已不能适应需求侧以用户体验为核心的新时代要求,使得“新技术的商业化”具有很多与以往不同的特点,需要在奈特不确定性和非标决策的基础上,从多个视角分别研究其不同的表象,互补融合进而探究其本质,以更好地服务于科技金融、新工科建设和创新创业。In today’s tides of scientific and technological revolution,industrial transformation,innovation and entrepreneurship,a variety of new technologies are emerging endlessly.The issue of“commercialization of new technologies”is increasingly being taken seriously by the industry,science and technology and higher education fields.In the fragmentation pattern of the supply side the traditional technology cannot adapt to new demands of the times featuring user experience,“the commercialization of new technologies”has taken on many different characteristics.Its different appearances need to be studied from different perspectives on the basis of Knightian uncertainty and non-standard decision-making to better serve the entrepreneurial finance,new engineering construction and innovation of science and technology.
