摘  要:[目的/意义]揭示民参军知识转移过程的科学内涵,为军民融合协同创新实践提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]结合Multi-Agent建模和CAS理论,依据知识势差网络联结原则和保密资质级别匹配原则,建立军民融合协同创新网络民参军知识转移过程模型,定量模拟微观主体的合作伙伴选择策略、"断键重连"规则和学习吸收机制等。运用Matlab仿真探究其知识转移过程的内在机理,刻画了网络合作规模、主体融合开放度对知识水平的动态影响,揭示创新网络基本拓扑结构及其动态演化规律。[结果/结论]网络合作规模、主体融合开放度与知识转移绩效有正相关关系;知识转移会推动协同创新网络的动态演化,且网络演化过程中出现显著的小世界性;网络知识水平和拓扑结构存在协同演化现象。[Purpose/significance] This paper reveals the scientific connotation of knowledge transfer process of civil-involved military to provide reference for civil-military integration collaborative innovation in practice.[Method/process] Combining Multi-Agent modeling and the complex adaptive system(CAS) theory,according to the principle of network connection-oriented knowledge potential difference and the principle of matching secrecy qualification level to establish the model of knowledge transfer process of civil-involved military within civil-military integration collaborative innovation network.This paper simulates partner selection strategy,"break key reconnection" rule and learning and absorption mechanism,etc.of micro-agents quantificationally;We focus on the internal mechanism of the knowledge transfer process of civil-involved military through Matlab simulation and describe the dynamic impacts of network’s cooperation scale and agent’s integration openness on the knowledge level.The basic topology of the innovation network and its dynamic evolution law are further revealed.[Result/conclusion] The network’s cooperation scale,agent’s integration openness and knowledge transfer performance are positively correlated,respectively;the knowledge transfer can promote the dynamic evolution of the collaborative innovation network,and the network has significant small world characteristics in the process of evolution;there is a coupling evolution phenomenon between the knowledge level and the topology structure of the collaborative innovation network.
