困境新解:河南省城市水文化及其在海绵城市建设中的价值

摘　　要：以河南省出现的城市内涝及供水问题为切入点,分析河南省建设海绵城市的必要性,梳理海绵城市推进工作现状及面临的困境。在此基础上,总结古代河南城市水文化所体现的生态智慧,探讨其在完善海绵城市的技术和管理体系、深化理念认识、增进对海绵城市的认同感、推进因地制宜的海绵城市规划四个方面的重要价值,为目前海绵城市建设脱离困境提供历史借鉴和参考。Based on the problems of waterlogging and water supply in Henan Province,this paper analyses the necessity of building sponge city in Henan Province,and combs the current situation and difficulties of promoting sponge city.This paper summarizes the ecological wisdom embodied in the urban water culture of ancient Henan Province.This paper probes into the important value of Henan urban water culture in four aspects:perfecting the technology and management system of sponge city,deepening the understanding of ideas,enhancing the identity of sponge city,and promoting the sponge city planning according to local conditions,so as to provide historical reference and guidance for the current construction of sponge city to break away from the predicament.
