固定方式与C型桡骨远端骨折术后长度维持及腕关节功能的关系

摘　　要：目的评估固定方式和C型桡骨远端骨折患者术后长度维持与腕关节功能之间的关系。方法依据抽签法将2016年2月至2018年10月于本院治疗的60例C型桡骨远端骨折患者分成实验组(30例,行掌侧锁定加压钢板骨折内固定)与对照组(30例,行外固定架骨折固定),比较两组关节功能优良率、术后并发症发生情况和桡骨远端长度丧失数值。结果实验组腕关节功能总优良率、桡骨远端长度丧失数值优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论对C型桡骨远端骨折患者采取掌侧锁定加压钢板骨折内固定的效果优于外固定架骨折固定,有助于术后长度维持及改善腕关节功能。Objective To evaluate the relationship between fixation and postoperative length maintenance and wrist function in patients with type C distal radial fractures. Methods According to the method of drawing lots, 60 patients with distal radial fracture of type C treated in our hospital were divided into the experimental group(30 cases, internal fixation of fracture with palmar locking compression plate) and the control group(30 cases, fracture fixation with external fixator). Comparing the excellent rate of joint function, the incidence of postoperative complications and the length loss of the distal radius. Results The total rate of excellent wrist joint function and the loss of distal radius length in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with the control group. Conclusion The effect of internal fixation of metacarpal locking compression plate fracture in patients with type C distal radial fractures is better than that of external fixator fracture, which is helpful to maintain postoperative length and improve wrist joint function.
