老年急性胆囊炎治疗中应用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年急性胆囊炎患者治疗中应用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术的临床疗效。方法随机选取2016年1月至2018年5月于本院行外科手术治疗的74例老年急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,并根据其应用不同术式分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=37)。对照组行传统开放性手术治疗,观察组则行腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗,将两组临床疗效进行比较分析。结果观察组患者术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量、腹腔引流量、住院时间、手术时间及术后排气时间等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术治疗,该术式具有简单、实用的特点,可有效缩短患者手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间,促使患者尽快康复,效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods 74 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly selected from January 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into control group(n=37) and observation group(n=37) according to different surgical methods. The control group was treated with traditional open surgery, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the blood volume, abdominal drainage, hospital stay, operation time and exhaust time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy is a simple and practical method for the treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. It can effectively shorten the operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time, and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
