儿童中重度营养不良危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的调研本市0~5岁儿童营养不良患病情况,分析影响因素,为干预措施的提出奠定基础。方法依据联合政府推行的NCHS标准对营养不良进行分度、分型,问卷调研相关危险因素。结果本市0~5岁儿童低体质量患病率为1.52%,发育迟缓患病率为1.73%,消瘦患病率为0.55%,农村患病率明显高于城市,主要影响因素是家庭经济水平、父母文化水平,家族病史与出生体质量,以及辅食合理性。结论儿童营养不良影响因素众多,各因素间相互作用导致病发,是可以采取措施进行疾病预防。Objective To investigate the prevalence of malnutrition among children aged 0-5 years in our city and analyze its influencing factors, so as to lay a foundation for the intervention measures. Methods Malnutrition was graded and classified according to the NCHS standard implemented by the coalition government, and the related risk factors were investigated by questionnaire. Results The prevalence of low weight, stunting and emaciation among 0-5 years old children was 1.52%, 1.73% and 0.55% respectively. The prevalence of low weight in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban areas. The main influencing factors were family economic level, parents education level, family history and birth weight,and the rationality of supplementary food. Conclusion Influencing factors of malnutrition in children are numerous, and the interaction of various factors leads to disease, which can be prevented by taking measures.
