摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,基层党组织建设要以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能。针对当前高校教师党支部建设和组织力现状,在明确基层党组织组织力内涵的基础上,以服务型党组织建设为依托,通过突出政治功能、突出思想建设、优化组织设置、优选领导班子、强化宗旨意识、强化服务意识来全面提升基层党组织的政治领导力、思想引领力、组织覆盖力、组织执行力、群众凝聚力及发展推动力。The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the construction of grassroots Party organizations should focus on improving organizational ability and highlight political functions.Aiming at the current situation of the construction and organizational ability of college teachers’Party branches,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the organizational ability of grassroots Party organizations,relying on the construction of service-oriented Party organizations,by highlighting political functions,highlighting ideological construction,optimizing organizational settings,and optimizing the leadership team,strengthening the sense of purpose and strengthen service awareness to comprehensively enhance the political leadership,ideological leadership,organizational coverage,organizational execution,mass cohesiveness and development impetus of grassroots Party organizations.
