摘　　要：中国计划生育协会是城市社会治理的重要主体,在国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中具有不可或缺的地位。开展计生协参与城市治理研究是推动计生协自身改革的需要,也是国家治理体系和能力现代化的需要。当前研究围绕计生协参与社会治理背景、内容、路径开展。未来的计生协参与社会治理应当以城市社会问题为导向,以服务城市治理实践为目的,以“新时代、新使命,新任务、新担当”为研究使命,深刻把握国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、人口计划生育政策变化和计生协组织机构改革与职能转变等背景,探寻新时代中国计生协组织如何在自身改革创新基础上推动城市社会治理创新。As the important subject in urban social governance,China Family Planning Association,which is one of mass organizations,plays an essential and unique role in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and through such study,it can promote both its own reform and the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.At present,the study mainly centers around the background,the content and the method of China Family Planning Association’s participation in urban social governance.In the future participation,urban social problems should be taken as the guidance for the practice of urban governance.With the mission of“New Era,New Mission,New Task and New Responsibility”,it is of great importance to have a profound understanding of the background of national governance system and modernization of governance capacity,policy changes of population and Family Planning,and the organizational reform and functional transformation of the Family Planning Association in order to explore how China Family Planning Association promotes urban social governance innovation on the basis of its own reform and innovation in the new era…which is one of mass organizations.
