摘 要:混合式断路器电流转移支路中晶闸管的反向恢复过电压击穿和重加正向电压击穿是导致短路分断失败的重要因素,研究晶闸管器件在短路分断过程中面临的工况对于提高短路分断可靠性具有重要的意义。本文采用函数解析的方法对混合式断路器的强迫换流过程进行了详细的分析,依次探究了强迫换流回路投入时间、强迫换流电容参数、强迫换流电感参数对晶闸管正向电流峰值、关断di/dt和反向电压时间的影响。所得结论对于混合式断路器中晶闸管组件设计具有一定的指导意义。Reverse recovery overvoltage breakdown and re-added forward voltage breakdown of thyristors in current-transfer branches of the hybrid circuit breaker are key factors leading to short-circuit breaking failure.Thus studying the working conditions of thyristor devices in the process of short-circuit breaking is of great significance for improving the reliability of short-circuit breaking.In this paper,the method of function analysis is used to analyze the forced commutation process of the hybrid circuit breaker in detail.The effects of forced commutation loop input time,forced commutation capacitor parameters,forced commutation inductance parameters on thyristor forward current peak,turn-off di/dt and reverse voltage time are investigated respectivly.The results obtained have certain guiding significance for the design of thyristor components in hybrid circuit breakers.
