摘 要:心脏电复律是心血管疾病治疗中常见的急救措施,能迅速、安全终止各种快速心律失常,但同时也给人体带来一定损伤。随着检测技术进步,敏感性和特异性更高的心肌损伤标志物不断出现,对心脏电复律是否会导致心肌损伤的认知也在逐步深入。经胸心脏电复律可以导致心肌钙蛋白(cardiac troponin, cTn)少量释放,但与传统意义上心肌梗死导致cTn释放量上存在明显差异。随着高敏心肌钙蛋白(high-sensitive cardiac troponin, hs-cTn)这些新型心肌损伤标志物不断出现,心脏电复律是否会造成心肌细胞损伤这一观念也必将有更新理论解释。Electrical cardioversion is a common first-aid measurement in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It can quickly and safely terminate all kinds of tachyarrhythmia, but it also brings certain damage to the human body. With the development of detection technology, markers of myocardial damage with higher sensitivity and specificity continue to emerge, and the awareness of whether electricalcardioversion causes myocardial damage is also gradually deepening. Transthoracic electricalcardioversion can lead to a small release of cardiac troponin(cTn), but there is a significant difference in the amount of cTn released by myocardial infarction in the traditional sense. With the emergence of new myocardial injury markers such as high-sensitive cardiac troponin(hs-cTn), the concept of whether electricalcardioversion causes myocardial cell damage will also be updated.
