既反对平均主义又反对两极分化——关于按劳分配与资产阶级法权问题

摘　　要：毛泽东肯定按劳分配原则是符合马克思主义的。价值分配与价值创造没有因果关系。在社会主义商品生产社会里,价值也是劳动创造的,但分配是按劳分配,生产资料不能参与分配。分配方式取决于生产方式,首先取决于生产资料所有制。毛泽东的思想是,肯定按劳分配的性质是社会主义的,在整个社会主义阶段,公有制范围内,分配领域必须坚持按劳分配原则;第二,按劳分配原则仍然存在资产阶级法权,是有"弊病"的,必须加以限制。在社会主义社会里,必须把贯彻按劳分配原则同维护集体利益、国家利益,同加强政治思想工作结合起来",彻底实行按劳分配"会导致个人主义,不利于社会主义事业发展;第三,按劳分配原则不是我们的最终理想,随着社会主义向共产主义过渡,未来是要实行按需分配原则的。Mao Ze-dong affirmed that the principle of distribution according to work is in line with Marxism.There is no causal relationship between value distribution and value creation.In a society of socialist commodity production,value is also created by labor,but distribution is based on work,and means of production cannot participate in distribution.The mode of distribution is subject to that of production,and above all subject to the ownership of means of production.Mao Ze-dong suggested that affirming the nature of distribution according to work is socialist.In all stages of socialism and within the scope of public ownership,distribution must comply with the principle of distribution according to work.Secondly,that the principle of distribution according to work lives with bourgeois legal rights has "drawbacks" and must be restricted.In socialist society,we must integrate the implementation of distribution according to work with the protection of collective and national interests and the strengthening of political and ideological work.The "complete implementation of distribution according to work" will lead to individualism and is not conducive to the socialist cause.Thirdly,distribution according to work is not our ultimate ideal.With the transition from socialism to communism,the future is to implement the principle of distribution according to need.
