摘 要:随着现代社会不断发展,各类建筑的规模和建造技术也不断发生变化,而在建筑工程中地基沉降是影响建筑质量安全的重要问题。如果建筑地基沉降幅度超过正常范围,则容易发生建筑开裂、倾斜等安全风险。随着相关技术革新和行业经验不断累积,当代人对建筑地基沉降问题的研究更加深入。论文重点分析了导致建筑地基沉降的相关因素,再结合实际分析了相关问题的规避和解决思路。With the continuous development of modern society,the scale and construction technology of all kinds of buildings are constantly changing,and the foundation settlement is an important problem affecting the quality and safety of buildings in the building engineering.If the settlement range of building foundation exceeds the normal range,the safety risks such as building cracking and tilting are easy to occur.With the innovation of related technologies and the continuous accumulation of industry experience,the contemporary people's research on the settlement of building foundation is more in-depth.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relevant factors leading to the settlement of the building foundation,and then combined with the actual situation,analyzes the the ideas of avoiding and solving the relevant problems.
