摘  要:目的 探讨VSD负压敷料持续负压吸引治疗急/慢性骨髓炎的效果.方法 选取2015年12月至2019年1月于医院就诊的45例急/慢性骨髓炎患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为对照组(20例,持续灌注冲洗负压引流术治疗)和观察组(25例,VSD负压敷料持续负压吸引术治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗后1个月的换药次数及治愈时间.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的换药次数少于对照组,治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 VSD负压敷料持续负压吸引治疗急/慢性骨髓炎的效果显著,能促进创伤面愈合,有效控制感染,缩短治疗时间,值得临床应用推广.Objective To investigate the effect of continuous negative pressure suction with VSD negative pressure dressing on acute/chronic osteomyelitis. Methods Forty-five patients with acute/chronic osteomyelitis admitted in the hospital from December 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group(20 cases, treated with continuous irrigation and negative pressure drainage) and observation group(25 cases, treated with continuous negative pressure suction with VSD negative pressure dressing) according to the time of admission. The therapeutic effects, numbers of drug changes at 1 month after treatment and healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number of drug changes in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The continuous negative pressure suction with VSD negative pressure dressing on acute/chronic osteomyelitis has a significant effect, it can promote wound surface healing,effectively control infection, shorten treatment time, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
