摘　　要：目的 探讨神经内镜辅助下钻双孔治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的临床效果.方法 将163例CSDH患者随机分试验组(n=72)与对照组(n=91).试验组给予神经内镜辅助下钻双孔治疗;对照组给予钻双孔治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果 试验组术后颅内积气量及硬膜下积液量略少于对照组,住院时间略短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组血肿残余或再出血率、血肿复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 神经内镜辅助下钻双孔治疗CSDH可降低患者复发率,减少术后残余血肿或再出血,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy assisted double-hole drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH). Methods A total of 163 CSDH patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=72) and control group(n=91). The experimental group was treated with neuroendoscopy assisted double-hole drainage,while the control group was treated with double-hole drainage. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative intracranial gas accumulation volume and subdural fluid accumulation volume in the experimental group were slightly less than those in the control group, and the hospitalization time was slightly shorter than that in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the rate of hematoma residual or rebleeding and the recurrence rate of hematoma in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Neuroendoscopy assisted double-hole drainage in the treatment of CSDH can reduce the recurrence rate of patients and the residual hematoma or rebleeding after operation. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
